How does online coaching work?

Customised training programme

After a detailed consultation, your coach will programme your training to suit you, your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Our online coaching is all run through our app where you are able to train at the gym or at home: wherever suits you best! On our app, you’ll have access to your personalised training programme, where you’ll find your exercises, rep ranges and rest periods clearly laid out, as well as video demonstrations for each exercise. Your programme will be adjusted as needed.

Form feedback

We strongly encourage all of our clients to send us form videos for feedback. As your online coach, we’re not there on the gym floor with you so sending videos is crucial to ensure you’re not only performing the exercises safely but also in the most optimal way for muscle growth.

Nutritional guidance

You will receive a daily nutrition targets that your coach will work out for you based on your height, weight, activity level and goals - this will be adjusted when needed, based on your progress. We’ll teach you how to include the foods you love whilst reaching your goals, using an app to easily track your calorie and protein intake straight from your phone. This will be linked to our coaching app so we’ll be able to get an idea of the foods you consume and give you nutritional advice and guidance to help get you the results you’re after.

Weekly check-ins & progress tracking

We will have weekly check-ins to make sure you’re on track. This will not only focus on your physical progress but also how you’ve found your workouts and nutrition that week, how you’ve been sleeping, how stressed you’ve been… essentially anything that could be impacting your fitness journey and your progress. Your coach will then make any necessary adjustments and address anything you’re finding difficult to ensure we’re always moving forwards, as well as celebrating your wins.

Education hub

You will have access to our education hub where you will find videos talking through different aspects of your nutrition, training, mindset and health to help you to really understand your own journey and to give you the tools you need to get the best possible results. You will also find recommendations for supplements, gym accessories, reading/watching/listening material and more.

WhatsApp

You’ll have your coach’s personal Whatspp number for daily support and accountability, and you will be added to the group chat with all our other clients where we can all share our tips, wins, and where we’ll post challenges that we run for the whole team.

Flexibility

Your coaching experience will be different from any of our other clients because it will be built around YOU. That means we can change things as we go along to make sure you’re supported in getting results you’ve only ever dreamed of.

Is Built online coaching for me?

Having an online coach is a great way of having a high level of support and guidance straight from your phone. It allows you to work out when you want, from where you want, getting more for your money than face to face personal training. All your workouts are set out for you ready to follow based on your individual goals and needs which are discussed in detail in a consultation.

We understand that everybody has different lifestyles, commitments, goals and enjoyments, which your coach will take into account when building your customised plan to help you achieve your goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way. We will show you that you don’t and shouldn’t have to cut out your favourite foods to transform your body.

This isn’t a quick fix; it’s a plan to change your lifestyle for long term results and we will be here to hold you accountable.

Accountability is massively underrated; we know from experience that it can be the difference between achieving your goals and not. Having someone who believes in you to coach, educate and push you will help transform your body and lifestyle for the better. As your online coach, we are far more than someone who just writes your workouts.

FAQs

  • We have a couple of different packages based on the level of support you need. We discuss the price during your free consultation call so that we can chat about what option would be best for you! Online coaching IS an investment into yourself, your health, fitness, and future. You can start a life changing journey for the cost of a takeaway or night out each weekend.

  • Yes. Our coaching works as a monthly subscription, and there is a minimum of 4 months as this is the shortest amount of time it takes to see real lasting results!

  • There are no strings attached to submitting an enquiry - after you fill in our enquiry form (linked at the top and bottom of this page), Ben or Becky will reach out to you through instagram messages or an email to set up your free consultation call. During the consultation call, we’ll chat about where you are right now and where you want to get to, and put a plan of action in place to make it happen. We’ll talk through how the coaching works in more detail, give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and ultimately see if we’re a good fit to go ahead with working together. If not - there is no obligation to sign up and hopefully you’ll have taken some value away from the call either way.

  • Once you've committed to the minimum term period of 4 months, you're free to leave if needed no strings attached. Though on average our clients stay for 12+ months as they love the process and results that come as a whole!

    We also offer a complete refund if you do everything we ask and see no results after your first 4 months.
